In order to provide the best possible service to our customers, and ensure that everyone who steps through our door gets the quality me time that they deserve, we humbly ask that all of our guests take note of the following salon policies:

Children: Children are allowed in the spa only if they are receiving a service. In the salon, guests must be responsible for their children’s behavior.

Cancellations: All appointments must be secured with a gift certificate or credit card at the time of scheduling. Arcadya requires a 24-hour notice for canceling an appointment. Those canceling with less than 24 hours’ notice or not showing will be charged the full amount of the missed appointment.

Plan in advance: Arcadya asks that guests schedule several appointments ahead to ensure the time and day needed.

Wireless phones: Place phones on vibrate or silent mode while visiting Arcadya. Remember...this is me time!

Timeliness: Arcadya staff work hard to run on time. Please come to your appointment on time so the next guests will not have to wait.

Privacy: Throughout your body treatments, you are covered as much as possible to respect your privacy. Inappropriate language or actions is cause for termination of a service at full cost to you. Please respect our therapists.

Personal Belongings: We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles or accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.

Protection: When having a chemical service, we ask that you wear the smocks provided for your protection.

Cards Accepted: Arcadya accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Spa Finder and Spa Wish.

Privacy:
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. No information collected on this site will be sold, shared or rented to any third party. Personal and financial information collected on this website is only used to fulfill your gift certificate order, for our email club and to schedule an appointment.

Returns/Refunds:
Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash value. We are not responsible for lost gift certificates. Due to health regulations, we regret that we cannot accept opened and / or used product returns such as: make-up, brushes, skin care, hair accesories, nail care, pedicure and hair care products. We thank you for understanding our return policy.

Shipping Information:
Gift certificates are mailed within 48 hours of purchase via the U.S. Postal Service. If you need expedited shipping, we recommend calling (603) 644-1355 to order over the phone with a salon coordinator or visiting Arcadya Salon & Spa to purchase in the salon. Your credit/debit card will be billed the day the order is shipped.

Sanitation
At Arcadya Salon & Spa, sanitation is extremely important. We use hospital-grade disinfectants.

Massage & Facials: Sheets are changed after every service and all implements are either disposed of or sanitized with hospital grade disinfectants.

Nails: Clients receive their own personal files, that we individually store for future visits and our pedi-chairs are bleached and disinfected between each and every client with hospital grade disinfectants.

Hair Removal: We NEVER “double dip” with our wax.
